Microsoft OneNote
OneNote was designed by Microsoft to allow you to

more effectively. Originally designed for the developing Tablet PCs,

according to Microsoft, 90 percent of early OneNote 2003 users are
utilizing the program on desktops and laptops.
Take notes, organize and save information and
access that information are the strong points of OneNote. It is a
"free-form" note taking program that allows information to be
collected in a variety of ways. Type the information in via the
keyboard, capture screen information including web pages with a
press of a key and even dictate information using speech-to-text and
a microphone.
Information collected can be accessed in a
variety of ways. Search the information by keyword inside OneNote
itself. Information can be posted on local intranets via Microsoft
SharePoint websites. Data can be copied and pasted into other
Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel or Access.
