Q: Do you offer a warranty or a guarantee on products?
A: All of our products are new in the box. The warranty is through the
manufacturer. All laptops are shipped insured so that any damage from shipping
is collected via the shipping insurance.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: For any product purchased directly through the manufacturer, the
manufacturer's policies apply. For all other products purchased from
WritersLaptop, if the product is returned unopened, the buyer pays the freight to return
the product and a 10% restocking fee. If the product is returned opened, the
buyer pays the freight to return the product and a 30% restocking/repackaging
fee.
Q: Is my credit card information safe and secure when ordering at
WritersLaptop.com?
A: Yes, we use PayPal, a completely secure merchant account system that
automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our
bank account.
Q: Once purchased, when will I receive my product(s)?
A: If purchased through the manufacturer directly, then the manufacturer's
shipping policies apply. For products bought directly through WritersLaptop, you will typically receive your order 7-21 days from when you place your
order.
